Drinks on the Bus
Do not assume drinks will be allowed on your bus until this is clarified with our staff. The limit, if allowed, is 1 standard size drink per person from the pick-up location only. In any case, ice buckets (eskys), open cups and beer in glass is not allowed. Drinks ARE NOT ALLOWED on the following services: 'NightClub Hopper', 'Rock Around the Block', School Formals and Birthday Parties under 21 years.
WARNING: School Formals and Birthday Parties under the age of 21 will be terminated immediately. without refund, if any of our staff observe any person drinking alcohol, or drinking anything from an alcohol container - no exceptions, no negotiation.

Entry at Venues
NightClub packages include VIP entry however in some instances this is not always possible (for example a police operation or a temporary lock-out). Entry at each venue is at the discretion of venue staff and normal entry requirements including:

• Being sober,
• Having current photo ID ('Proof of Age' cards are not accepted), and
• Having neat and fashionable dress. Most venues DO NOT ALLOW hats, beanies, singlets, thongs, runners, steel cap shoes, shorts work clothes or fancy dress parties without prior arrangement. Mullet and ponytail hair styles are also not allowed at most night clubs.

Offensive Guests
We reserve the right to exclude any person(s) from the bus if they become
socially offensive and/or cause offence or inconvenience to others. We
reserve the right to give your contact details to any person(s) making a
complaint about any of your guests

'Small Detours'
You cannot change the destination(s) or request 'small' detours on the day

Unforeseeable Events
Traffic and other conditions are unpredictable. If your vehicle does not
arrive as expected we will not be held liable

Cancellations
If the charter is cancelled, fees apply. Cancellation fees are $30 if more
than one months notice is given, $200 for less than a months notice and $300
for less than one weeks notice. The Norton St restaurant cancellation fee (if applicable) is $200 for less than 1 weeks notice

Bus Cleaning and/or Damage
If the bus requires cleaning beyond what would be normally expected (such as
removing glass, party poppers, chewing gum or confetti), cleaning fees will
apply. If the vehicle requires repairs as a result of your groups actions,
the cost of repairs shall be deducted from, but not limited to, the bond

Minimum Number of Guests
Your quotation is based on a minimum number of passengers. If the minimum number do not travel, the balance amount will be deducted from the bond

Additional Time
Additional time is charged out at $3 per person per 15 minutes and is deducted from the bond.
